Summer vacation art project, first

First day of summer vacation. Resolution: make art every day. Today's project was to attach a ring to BoB (my Chesapeake skiff) for which to attach the painter. Started with a bicycle kickstand. (For odd reasons I have many.)

Bent it into a roundish shape with a hammer.

Squished it with a clamp.

Welded it shut.

And done.
